In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings assigned to them below, unless the context requires otherwise:
2.1 These Terms & Conditions, together with the phmob Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, Bonus Terms, and any other rules or guidelines published on the Platform, form the entire agreement between the Player and phmob. By completing the registration process, clicking "I Agree," or by otherwise accessing or using the phmob Platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by all provisions of these Terms.
2.2 These Terms apply to all Players regardless of location, provided that participation in real-money gaming on the phmob Platform is only lawful for persons physically located within jurisdictions where online gambling is permitted. Players are solely responsible for determining whether their use of phmob is lawful in their jurisdiction.
2.3 phmob reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Amended Terms take effect from the date of publication on the Platform. Continued use of the phmob Platform following publication of amended Terms constitutes acceptance of such amendments. Where changes are material, phmob will endeavour to notify registered Players via their registered email address or in-platform notification.
3.1 Age Requirement. You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age to register an account or place any wager on the phmob Platform. This requirement is mandated by PAGCOR and is non-negotiable. phmob reserves the right to request proof of age at any time and to suspend or terminate any Account where the Player is found to be under 21 years of age. Any winnings accrued by an underage player will be forfeited.
3.2 One Account Per Person. Each Player may register only one (1) phmob Account. Operating multiple accounts, whether personally or through third parties, is strictly prohibited and will result in account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and potential reporting to PAGCOR.
3.3 Accurate Information. During registration, Players must provide accurate, complete, and current information including full legal name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, and residential address. Providing false information during registration constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
3.4 Identity Verification (KYC). In compliance with PAGCOR requirements and the Anti-Money Laundering Act, phmob requires all Players to complete KYC verification before any withdrawal may be processed. Acceptable KYC documents include a valid Philippine government-issued ID (Passport, UMID, SSS ID, PhilHealth ID, Driver's License, or Voter's ID). phmob may request additional documentation at its discretion. Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period may result in account restrictions.
3.5 Prohibited Persons. The following persons are not eligible to register a phmob Account: (a) persons under 21 years of age; (b) persons located in jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited; (c) persons who have been self-excluded from phmob or placed on PAGCOR's exclusion registry; (d) employees, contractors, and immediate family members of phmob or its partner game providers.
4.1 Players are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials — username, password, and one-time PINs. phmob will never request your password via any communication channel. Any activity conducted under your account credentials will be deemed to have been authorised by you.
4.2 Players must notify phmob immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised access to, or suspicious activity within, their Account by contacting phmob customer support.
4.3 phmob Accounts are for personal use only. Transferring, selling, or assigning an Account to another person is strictly prohibited.
4.4 phmob reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate any Account at its sole discretion, including where: (a) these Terms have been breached; (b) the Player is suspected of fraud, collusion, or cheating; (c) required under PAGCOR regulatory instruction or court order; (d) the Account is associated with criminal or money-laundering activity.
5.1 Accepted Payment Methods. phmob currently accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and UnionBank. Accepted payment methods are subject to change without prior notice. All transactions are conducted in Philippine Pesos (PHP).
5.2 Minimum Deposit. The minimum single deposit is ₱100. Deposits are credited to the Player's Wallet upon confirmation from the relevant payment provider, typically within minutes. phmob is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment providers.
5.3 Withdrawal Conditions. Withdrawals may only be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, or to a payment account verified as belonging to the registered account holder. Withdrawals will not be processed to third-party accounts under any circumstances. KYC verification must be completed before any withdrawal is approved.
5.4 Withdrawal Processing Times. phmob aims to process withdrawal requests within a reasonable timeframe. Processing times may vary depending on the payment method, pending KYC verification status, or applicable security reviews. phmob is not liable for delays attributable to third-party payment processors or banking institutions.
5.5 Source of Funds. Players warrant that all funds deposited to phmob represent lawfully earned income. phmob is obligated under AMLA to conduct transaction monitoring and may request source-of-funds documentation for large or unusual transactions.
5.6 Dormant Accounts. Accounts with no login activity for twelve (12) consecutive months are considered dormant. phmob reserves the right to apply an inactivity fee or to close dormant accounts in accordance with applicable PAGCOR guidelines, after providing reasonable notice to the Player at their registered contact details.
6.1 All Games on the phmob Platform are operated subject to the individual game rules published within the Platform. In the event of conflict between individual game rules and these Terms, the individual game rules shall prevail in respect of the specific Game.
6.2 All Bets placed through the phmob Platform are final once confirmed by the system. No Bet may be reversed, cancelled, or amended after confirmation except at phmob's sole discretion in circumstances of clear system malfunction.
6.3 Technical Malfunctions. phmob shall not be liable for any loss or interrupted play caused by technical malfunctions, server outages, internet connectivity failures, or third-party system errors. In the event of a game malfunction that renders a bet void, phmob will return the stake amount to the Player's Wallet.
6.4 RNG Certification. All RNG-based Games on phmob use certified random number generation systems that have been independently tested for fairness. Live dealer Games are operated by licensed studio providers subject to their own regulatory certifications and game integrity standards.
6.5 Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to each Game and may vary by table, game type, and account status. phmob reserves the right to adjust bet limits at any time without prior notice.
7.1 phmob may from time to time offer Bonuses to Players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free spins, and loyalty rewards. All Bonuses are subject to specific terms published at the time of the offer, including wagering requirements, time limits, eligible games, and maximum withdrawal limits derived from Bonus winnings.
7.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless otherwise specified, Bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement before they may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiple and eligible games will be stated in the promotion terms. Failing to meet wagering requirements within the specified period will result in forfeiture of the Bonus and any associated winnings.
7.3 phmob reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any Bonus or promotion at any time. Players found to be abusing promotional offers — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts, employing systematic betting strategies to exploit Bonus terms, or colluding with other Players — will have their Bonus forfeited and may have their Account terminated.
7.4 Only one Bonus may be active per Player Account at any given time, unless otherwise explicitly stated in the promotion terms.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the phmob Platform and may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and reporting to PAGCOR or relevant law enforcement authorities:
9.1 phmob is committed to promoting responsible gambling among all Players. The Platform provides tools including deposit limits, loss limits, session time limits, cooling-off periods, and voluntary self-exclusion, all accessible through the Player's Account settings.
9.2 Self-Exclusion. Players may request self-exclusion from the phmob Platform at any time. Self-exclusion requests are processed within a reasonable timeframe. Once a self-exclusion is active, the Player may not register a new Account or circumvent the exclusion by any means. Attempting to do so constitutes a breach of these Terms.
9.3 phmob complies with PAGCOR's responsible gaming framework. Where phmob identifies patterns of play consistent with problem gambling, it reserves the right to intervene by restricting account activity or contacting the Player with responsible gaming information.

10.1 All intellectual property on the phmob Platform — including but not limited to the phmob name, logo, trademarks, website design, software code, game graphics, content, and documentation — is the exclusive property of the Company or its licensed providers. Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal entertainment purposes.
10.2 Players may not copy, reproduce, redistribute, sell, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any element of the phmob Platform or its content without prior written authorisation from the Company.
11.1 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, phmob's total aggregate liability to any Player in connection with the Platform, whether arising in contract, tort, or otherwise, shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
11.2 phmob shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of opportunity arising from the use of or inability to use the Platform, whether or not phmob had been advised of the possibility of such loss.
11.3 Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit phmob's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.
12.1 These Terms & Conditions and all matters arising therefrom are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
12.2 Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, the phmob Platform, or the relationship between the Player and phmob shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Republic of the Philippines.
12.3 Players may also raise complaints directly with PAGCOR in respect of matters falling within PAGCOR's supervisory jurisdiction over licensed online gaming operators.
12.4 Before initiating formal legal proceedings, Players are encouraged to contact phmob customer support to attempt informal resolution of any dispute. phmob commits to acknowledging all written complaints within a reasonable timeframe and to investigating disputes in good faith.
13.1 phmob reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Amendments will be published on the phmob Platform with the updated effective date. Where amendments are material, phmob will use reasonable efforts to notify registered Players via their registered contact information.
13.2 Continued use of the phmob Platform after the publication of amended Terms constitutes unconditional acceptance of the amended Terms. If a Player does not accept the amended Terms, they must cease using the Platform and may request withdrawal of their remaining Wallet balance subject to these Terms.
